Ari Mervis
Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer
Ari has extensive business, international and executive leadership experience in the consumer goods, food, beverage and agricultural sectors.
Ari was previously executive chairman of Accolade Wines and prior to that Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Murray Goulburn. He had a career of over 27 years at SABMiller plc, holding various senior leadership roles, including a decade as Managing Director of the Asia Pacific region. In this role he was responsible for the acquisition of Carlton and United Breweries by SABMiller and was chairman of SABMiller’s businesses in Vietnam, India and China. He has led listed and unlisted companies, as well as joint ventures and not-for-profit organisations, in executing strategies which drive growth in a sustainable and responsible way.
Ari is currently the chairman of McPherson’s Limited and was previously the chairman of Myer Holdings Limited and a director of Melbourne Business School.

Peter Atkin
Chief Legal Officer
Peter is an experienced General Counsel who has a proven track record advising companies on a wide range of legal, regulatory, governance and compliance matters across retail, gaming and liquor industries in Australia and overseas.
Peter joined Endeavour as the Group General Counsel in 2016. More recently, Peter led the Endeavour Group Corporate restructure before being appointed Chief Legal Officer in 2020.

Kate Beattie
Chief Financial Officer
Kate is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years experience in retail, technology, banking and professional services in numerous blue chip companies such as Oracle, Macquarie, CBA and Woolworths.
Kate joined Endeavour as Finance Director for the Woolworths' Retail Drinks division in 2018 and was appointed Deputy CFO when Endeavour demerged in 2021.

Josie Brown
Chief Marketing Officer
Josie has extensive experience with customer, digital and brand marketing deployed to build brands and drive growth. Josie has worked both business and agency-side, with many years in Asia leading digital marketing strategy for international brands. Josie joined Endeavour Group in 2023 as GM Marketing for BWS.
Prior to Endeavour Josie was Chief Marketing Officer at Tennis Australia developing the Australian Open brand and event experience as well as harnessing data and technology to lift tennis participation.

Paul Carew
Managing Director - Hotels
Paul Carew brings over 30 years of extensive hospitality industry experience and leadership to Endeavour. Most recently, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at Tabcorp, where he led large, diverse teams across Gaming, Integrity Services, Media, Wagering and the International Business unit. His proven track record includes driving business growth initiatives and leading large scale transformation programs.

Scott Davidson
Managing Director - BWS
Scott brings more than 25 years of retail experience in liquor and supermarkets.
Scott has worked across buying, marketing, merchandising, replenishment, and store operations with the Woolworths Group in Australia and New Zealand for more than 16 years.
Scott joined the Endeavour team in January 2020.

Dan Holland
Director - Corporate Affairs and Sustainability
Dan joined Endeavour Group in 2022 with extensive experience in the drinks industry at Australia's two major brewers, and in the financial services and telecommunications industries.
Over the past 20 years Dan has built his career leading teams in Corporate Affairs, Reputation and Sustainability.
He has successfully delivered responsibility and community programs, as well as being involved in key circular economy projects including the establishment of container deposit schemes.

Tom Mann
Chief Strategy Officer
Tom has extensive experience in corporate strategy and general management across the retail sector and in strategy consulting. He worked for Bain and Company in both Australia and the US prior to joining Endeavour in 2020.
Tom has a Bachelor of Science / Laws from Monash University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Alison Merner
Chief People Officer
Alison has over 20 years’ experience in People and Culture roles within the retail sector, having spent the last 14 years in senior leadership roles across Woolworths Group, including Supply Chain, Fuel, BIG W and Endeavour.
Alison was appointed Chief People Officer in May 2021.

Agnieszka Pfeiffer-Smith
Managing Director - Dan Murphy's
Agi has over 20 years’ experience delivering strong results across a range of industries, including retail, property, banking, aviation and telecommunication.
She is a highly experienced professional who has a proven track record of inspiring teams to create better businesses. Agi was appointed Chief Strategy Officer in 2020 and has been instrumental in shaping and delivering a customer first Endeavour Group Strategy.
In July 2022, Agi was appointed to succeed Alex Freudmann as Managing Director – Dan Murphy’s and has begun transitioning into this role.

Harinder Saluja
Chief Transformation Officer
Harinder is an accomplished technology transformation leader, having delivered a number oflarge-scale corporate IT and business transformations, most recently with the NSWGovernment.
With more than 25 years of experience driving digital transformation for global enterprises, Harinder is leading the delivery of Endeavour Group’s transition from Woolworths under the One Endeavour program.
Harinder joined Endeavour Group as Chief Transformation Officer in October 2025, and oversees both the One Endeavour program and the critical capability area of Corporate Technology.

Claire Smith
Chief Digital & Data Officer
Claire has over 20 years’ experience spanning digital, product development, technology, transformation, commercial, and supply chain roles, in FMCG and Retail in Australia and New Zealand.
Claire has spent the last nine years working in the Endeavour business, increasingly focusing on our digital transformation. In 2019, Claire established endeavourX.

Paul Walton
Director - Pinnacle Drinks
Paul joined Endeavour in 2018, bringing with him over 20 years’ experience across retail and consumer goods spanning strategy, business development, customer experience, planning and logistics at organisations including Lion and Nestle.
Paul has led Pinnacle Drinks since December 2018, during which time significant innovation and growth across the portfolio has been seen.
