Endeavour Group leverages unbeaten loyalty expertise to launch pub+
One of Australia's leading drinks and hospitality businesses Endeavour Group has unveiled a new loyalty platform for pub-goers, unlocking greater value and enhanced experiences for guests of its more than 350 ALH Hotels across the country.
Taking expertise from MyDan’s, Australia’s leading drinks membership program with 5.4 million active members and a scan rate of over 80 per cent, the new loyalty program pub+ will reward guests for visits using a points-based system offering discounts on food and beverages.
Launched nationally in August, data from the development phase of pub+ shows that guests completed between 2.2 and 3.0 transactions during their pub visits. pub+ will personalise guest experiences and drive increased transactions through access member-exclusive deals across multiple transactions and while also allowing guests to select their own rewards.
Endeavour Group Managing Director and CEO Steve Donohue said pub+ was designed to ensure the Group’s ALH Hotels remained a destination of choice for value-conscious guests.
“In a tough macroeconomic environment, rewarding loyal customers and guests is the name of the game. Australians are looking for value and they want to be recognised for their commitment to our brands and pubs. We have designed pub+ to drive repeat visits to our hotels so guests get more out of their local,” Mr Donohue said.
“Our extensive experience with MyDan’s shows that loyalty leads to more visits and higher average spends, and that’s our goal with pub+. We want to drive greater engagement with our guests while delivering a regular value-for-money experience."
