MILKRUN and Endeavour Group have partnered to bring the popular ‘Jimmy Brings’ brand to the MILKRUN app, giving customers more choice and convenience.

Customers will be able to shop 10,000 grocery products from Woolworths, purchase more than 2000 varieties of beer, wine and spirits from BWS, all via the MILKRUN app and have their order delivered in around 30 minutes.

Combined, the new partnership will offer Australia’s largest range of groceries and alcohol in the ultraconvenience sector.

Jimmy Brings was founded in 2012 by Nathan Besser and David Berger. The business was sold to Endeavour (then part of Woolworths Group) in December 2017.  Since then, Jimmy Brings has grown to service 80% of the Australian population. Jimmy Brings has been part of Endeavour Group since its demerger from Woolworths in 2021.

Nathan Besser and David Berger joined Woolworths Group and went on to launch Metro60, Woolworths rapid delivery grocery service. Woolworths Group acquired the MILKRUN brand and rebadged Metro60 service to MILKRUN in 2023.

MILKRUN CEO and original co-founder of Jimmy Brings, David Berger said he was pleased to bring Jimmy Brings to MILKRUN.

“Since MILKRUN was acquired by Woolworths Group last year we have seen strong growth and expanded to over 2,500 suburbs across Australia.

“As we look at how we continue to grow our business, we’re focused on giving our customers what they want - a wide range of everyday essentials,  as well as a broad alcohol offering, with quick delivery.

“Through combining MILKRUN’s extensive grocery selection with Jimmy Brings’ wide range of alcoholic beverages, we will be creating a one-stop shop for all of our customers' wants and needs.”

The partnership will see Endeavour become MILKRUN’s exclusive liquor provider, establishing a truly local offering in the ultra convenience market.

“We are pleased to partner with MILKRUN as the exclusive home of the Jimmy Brings brand,” said Steve Cuda, Director of EndeavourX.

“This next phase of Jimmy Brings will streamline our ecommerce ultra convenience operating model and allow us to continue to grow the brand in a way that aligns with how customers want to transact.”

From November 6th, customers will find the Jimmy Brings range in the MILKRUN app, with a full integration completing on November 28th, when Jimmy Brings will be exclusively available through the MILKRUN app.

MILKRUN will offer Jimmy Brings’ to over 18 million Australians over the age of 18 across NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, Tas and ACT.
